Feed & Water
Throughout the rearing and fattening stages, Elevate Commerce's Wagyu cattle are nourished with a diet comprising pasture grass and rice straw, the latter being an ingredient intricately linked to the Japanese rice industry. In addition to this, the cattle receive a compound feed that incorporates a diverse array of grains to ensure a wellrounded nutritional balance. This meticulously designed feed regimen, rich in carbohydrates, proteins, and essential nutrients at different stages of the cattle's lifecycle, plays a pivotal role in yielding high-quality meat and the distinctive marbling that defines our trademark. The rearing environment in Japan’s southern island of Kyushu is heavily forested and provides clean air and spring water, which also contribute greatly to raising high quality, healthy cattle.
